By accessing and using the website, it is acknowledged that the Terms of Use of the site have been accepted, therefore, these Terms of Use should be read carefully. FlowQ has the right to modify and update all the conditions and provisions stated in this legal disclaimer without any prior notice (see Article 4). The Terms of Use should be reviewed upon each access to the website.

1.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

1.1.The Application, Services, and all their components (including but not limited to the general appearance, design, text, image, logo, icon, demonstrative, written, electronic, graphic or machine-readable technical data presented, the FlowQ brand, applied business method and model, software code, and other codes and know-how) and all intellectual property rights therein, solely and entirely belong to FlowQ and/or are used under copyright or license obtained from a third party by FlowQ, and all rights in this respect belong to FlowQ.

1.2. Unless explicitly and in writing stated otherwise by FlowQ, the User obtains a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-sub licensable, revocable license to use the Application for personal use only. FlowQ does not grant the User any other intellectual property rights or licenses beyond this license. FlowQ reserves the right to suspend, revoke, cancel, or terminate this usage license at any time, solely and entirely at its own discretion. FlowQ reserves all rights over the Application and Services, subject to the license granted to the User under this provision.

1.3. Unless explicitly permitted in writing by FlowQ, the Application and its components contained therein cannot be processed, modified, copied, reproduced, replicated, transferred, translated into another language, republished, sold, resold, shared, distributed, exhibited, used in any way outside the scope of this membership, or used to create derivative works or preparations thereof, or subjected to reverse engineering. In the event of any contrary action, the User and any other responsible individual(s), if applicable, shall be jointly liable for any damages suffered by FlowQ, and shall be responsible for any claims and compensations demanded by third parties, including licensors, as well as court expenses and attorney fees, among others.

2. PRIVACY

FlowQ takes necessary measures and utilizes appropriate methods and technologies to protect all information obtained from its users from unauthorized access and use. FlowQ periodically reviews and updates its security measures to ensure the protection of user information.

3. EXTERNAL LINKS

Regarding any external website linked from the Site, including its content and operation, FlowQ bears no responsibility. FlowQ does not control the content and operation of the linked external websites. By using external website links, the user departs from FlowQ's site. Therefore, FlowQ does not accept any responsibility for the consequences arising from the use of external sites.

4. CHANGES

4.1. FlowQ reserves the exclusive and absolute right to unilaterally modify the Terms of Use at any time as it sees fit. Each modification will be announced on the website at www.flowq.com and/or in the Application. The modification becomes effective on the date of announcement. The user acknowledges that all such modifications will be binding on them. FlowQ strives to keep the content of the site current and complete but does not guarantee it.

4.2. For any information not available on the site, you can directly contact FlowQ. Unauthorized alteration, tampering, or attempts to hinder the operation of any information on the site will be evaluated within the legal framework.

4.3. FlowQ acknowledges that no changes will be made to the "FlowQ User Manual" texts in a foreign language, and the user accepts that in case of disputes arising in this context, the Turkish version of the text shall prevail.

5. SUSPENSION

FlowQ reserves the right to suspend and maintain, without prior notice to the User, the activities and/or services within the scope of the Application, either completely or partially and for any desired period of time.

6.ACCOUNT DETAILS

The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the access link shared with them, their password (if any), account number, identity, and other information specific to them, as well as the privacy of all other activities under their user account. Any unauthorized use of the shared access link or account (if any) or violation of other security rules should be immediately reported to FlowQ. The access links and (if any) your account name, identity, or password shared with you via email and/or SMS are personal to you and cannot be disclosed to others.

7.APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

Turkish law shall apply to the enforcement and interpretation of the Terms of Use and provisions. In the event of any disputes arising from or in connection with these conditions, the Istanbul Central Courts and Execution Offices shall have jurisdiction.
